Dear Mr. Presidents,

 

Please find attached/above herewith the lyrics of the song we are supposed to present to His Holiness during the general Tibetan audience with His Holiness on the afternoon of 7/24. I have requested TIPA to compose the music and hope to get it soon and will then have it distributed to you all. His Eminence Kyabje Trushik Rinpoche has so graciously composed the lyric at our request.

 

My main question is, could you please let me know the number of Tibetans in your area  and  how many do you think will join  us at the celebration.  I know it cannot be an exact figures but need a fairly accurate. I just need  number will be fine to figure our how many people ( tibetans) we can expect.

nightly rate for commodations and breakfast is $19.00 per person for double occupancy ($38.00/room) and $38.00 per person for single occupancy. Interested group and individual are advised  check the university and they will be responsible for their reservation and payment.

 

We ( working committee) are meeting to review every aspect of the event in Deer Park Buddhist Center for January 26-27,please let us know your questions and concerns you may have. By and large we will stick to the informations we have published the brochure distributed earlier.  Your feed back ( however critical)  is always appreciated and that will help us to make improvements.
